I recently purchased a pachislot machine from A-PACHINKO WORLD, and overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.

The transaction process was smooth, communication was clear, and the machine was shipped quickly. I was especially impressed with how well the unit was packaged for international delivery—it arrived safely and in good working condition.

Upon inspection, I did notice a cosmetic issue with one of the speakers, as well as some signs of wear on the exterior. While this was slightly disappointing at first, I reached out to customer support to discuss the situation.

I would like to highlight that their team remained professional, polite, and responsive throughout the entire process. After reviewing my concerns and the photos I provided, they made a goodwill gesture, which I truly appreciated.

In the end, I feel that they care about customer satisfaction and are willing to find a reasonable solution when needed.

I would recommend A-PACHINKO WORLD to anyone interested in pachislot machines, especially if you understand that these are pre-owned units and may show some signs of age.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The item arrived quickly to Canada and was in perfect condition upon delivery. Everything appears well packaged and as described, which made for a smooth and pleasant buying experience.
As a friendly suggestion, it would be helpful to include more detailed specifications in the product description, especially regarding the materials used. For example, it wasn’t clearly indicated that the unit is made of cardboard rather than melamine, and having that information upfront would help customers make a more informed decision. It would also be greatly appreciated if the product specifications were available in English, as the current information is only provided in Japanese.
That being said, everything else about the purchase process was great. Thank you!

Excellent tokens! They say they're used, but to me they're like new! I ordered 1000 tokens for my Sammy Fist of the North Star: New Legend Creation, and the company gave me 500 more with the purchase of the Pachislot machine, so for a total of 1500 tokens, it was an excellent deal because combining the two saved on shipping costs. A-Pachinko World provided excellent service and communication. It's a very reputable company, and frankly, it's impressive; quality at a fair price! I will definitely do business with them again! The Simple cabinet is strong and sleek and arrived the same day as the machine it was intended to support. It was packed very well and easy to assemble. We are very pleased.

First time customer and I could not be happier with my machine and the customer service.

Once the order details were processed A-Pachinko was very communicative with detailed emails setting expectations. This later included a very much appreciated pre-shipment report PDF and a video upload that showed in advance some setup info.

The machine arrived fast and was packaged very well. Nothing was out of place and everything was very clean. I've ran the machine multiple times since writing this with no issues and has been enjoyed by many. I absolutely recommend this machine and A-Pachinko's services! I will be buying another machine for sure.

The device does 100% of what is advertised and does it well.. documentation is not available in English but Google translat fixed that all in all a great experience.. shiping is more that the device but it got here in under 7 days so I'm OK with that

Very nice addition to any CR machine. Super easy to install and works great on every CR pachinko machine I own.

I bought one of these little brushes not knowing what to expect but it has surpassed my expectations for it's appearance and cleans up some of the most stubborn dirt on the play fields of my older machines while not scratching the surface that I was afraid to clean with anything else. If you use your machine a lot, I would recommend you get one of these to keep it clean.

Literally the best packaged item I have ever received. My pachinko came in flawless working order, immaculately cleaned. I could not recommend these guys more

Works exactly as described! Now I can use my fist of the north star pachinko machine back home in tbe US.

This machine is over the top and so much fun. It's very engaging, the animations are top notch, and machanics are wild. My favorite, by far.

These are absolutely worth purchasing. Not only do they make your trays look better, the reduction in sound makes it worth it's weight in gold.

this converter switch was very useful for me since my machine did not have a volume control so it was very loud when opening the door and playing. you can plug any audio device like headphones or speakers if you have a stereo aux cord.
