Smart Pachinko / Smart Pachislot — Japan's New Standard
Since 2022, Japanese arcades have been transitioning to a new generation of machines called Smart Pachinko (スマパチ) and Smart Pachislot (スマスロ). If you've visited a pachinko hall in Japan in the last couple of years, you've almost certainly played one — most halls are now 80-100% Smart-series.

Sea freight from Japan to most US ports is approximately USD 600 per machine. Delivery time is typically 15-20 days door-to-door. We handle all customs paperwork in English.
Do I need special power adapters?
Every machine is pre-wired at our Okayama atelier to accept 100V-120V AC input. USA (110V) and Canada (120V) buyers plug the machine directly into a standard wall outlet — no transformer needed. For 220V countries (UK, Germany, EU, Australia, NZ) a step-down transformer is required and sold separately via our transformer kit.
Coin-less play, or real coins — which should I choose?
Every overseas Pachislot (and Pachinko) machine ships with a built-in coin-less play switch as standard. With a small lever or button, you flip between real-coin play and silent coin-less play on the same machine, any time. (On individual product pages this device is listed under "Included Accessories" as "Easy Bet (No Coin Modification)".)
How it works: when you switch to coin-less mode, a small device inside the cabinet sends simulated signals in place of real medal/coin input and payout — so you play without ever inserting an actual medal.

What's the warranty?
For overseas customers, machines come with a 7-day arrival warranty: if anything is wrong with your machine within the first 7 days after delivery, we'll repair or replace parts for free. After 7 days, our paid repair service is available, plus lifetime free English-language troubleshooting via email or Messenger — most issues are resolved remotely without needing to ship the machine back.
Why only 7 days? International return shipping is prohibitively expensive, so we keep the warranty window short and focus on rigorous pre-shipment inspection — 99% of machines arrive in perfect working order. The 7-day window is your buyer protection against transit damage and quality concerns.
Can you ship to my apartment / can I move it myself?
Yes. Pachislot machines weigh ~36-40 kg (80-90 lbs) and Pachinko machines ~34-39 kg (75-85 lbs) — two people can move them comfortably. We ship to apartments and houses via standard freight worldwide; doorstep delivery is included in most countries.
What if I want to return or upgrade later?
If you ever want to replace your machine with a newer model, we offer free pickup of the old machine when you purchase a new one. Available in continental US — please ask for other regions, we may be able to accommodate.
