Balls are included
Start with the balls supplied with your machine
Traditional Pachinko includes 100 balls. Smart Pachinko includes 60 balls for its internal system. Both packages include cleaning, maintenance, the appropriate adapter or Smart unit, volume control, a door key, a settings key where required, and a 120V-compatible transformer.
Traditional Pachinko: 100 balls + CR adapter
The included 100 balls let you start with the supplied home-play setup. Follow your model’s instructions for collecting and reloading balls. Ball handling and payout behaviour depend on the model and selected configuration.
You do not need to buy a bulk bag of balls simply to start with our standard package. If you want a different payout arrangement, additional balls or automatic ball return, ask us about a setup for your model.
Smart Pachinko: 60 balls + Smart Pachinko unit
We fit the Smart Pachinko unit before shipping and include 60 balls for the machine’s internal ball system. Smart Pachinko uses real balls internally while credits are tracked electronically. You do not need to buy a separate supply of balls to begin with this setup.
What is included, and what is optional?
The standard balls and the appropriate play adapter or unit are included in the machine price. An optional controller, ball-return system or other upgrade is a separate product. Choose one for the experience you want, rather than because your standard package is missing the basic equipment.
Before the first game
Follow the machine’s setup instructions, including any assembly, ball loading or reconnection required after shipping. Our setup videos are available to help.

How many balls do you actually need?
The 100 balls supplied with a traditional pachinko machine are the standard home-play package — enough to sit down and play as soon as the machine is set up. They are not a hall-sized supply. A Japanese hall keeps thousands of balls moving through each machine, and if you want that continuous feel at home you should plan for 10,000 balls or more.
Balls are steel and heavy, which makes them one of the most expensive things to ship from Japan for what they are worth. If you decide you want a large quantity, buying from a seller in your own country is almost always cheaper than adding them to a shipment from us.
The ball-less alternative
There is another way to play continuously without handling thousands of balls. A Circulation Ball Lifter returns the balls that drop behind the machine back into the upper tray automatically, so the same balls keep going round. Combined with an upper tray cover, a small number of balls becomes an unbroken session. It fits in about three minutes.
