From the moment we acquire a used machine to the moment it leaves our warehouse, every cabinet goes through the same rigorous overhaul process. Here's what happens to your machine before it reaches your door.

Sourcing & Inspection

Used machines are acquired from Japanese arcades as they retire stock. Each cabinet is inspected on arrival for structural integrity and basic functionality.

Full Disassembly

The machine is opened up. Glass panels, control boards, ball / medal handling systems, motors, and lighting are removed for individual inspection.

Deep Cleaning

Every accessible surface is cleaned — dust removal, polish, sanitization. Worn or dirty internal cables are wiped down or replaced.

Parts Overhaul

Worn components are repaired or replaced. Mechanical actuators (Pachinko levers, Pachislot reels) are calibrated. Electrical contacts cleaned.

Testing & Configuration

Full power-on testing. Game logic, sound, lighting, motors all verified. Easy Bet (No Coin Modification) installed and tested in both modes. Voltage transformer matched to destination country.

Crating & Shipping

Discreet plain-box crating with internal padding for international sea freight. Customs paperwork prepared in English. Tracking number emailed when shipped.

Quality Assurance

Every machine is tested before shipping. We run each cabinet through a full play cycle — bonus rounds, normal play, error recovery — to verify game logic. We also test both Easy Bet modes (coin-less and real-coin) so you can flip between them on day one without surprise. If a machine fails any test, we won't ship it.

For Smart Pachinko & Smart Pachislot

Smart-series machines (スマパチ / スマスロ, 2022+) go through an additional step: the internal credit system is wiped and reset to factory defaults before shipping. This ensures your machine arrives in a known-good state, ready to operate from the first power-on.

If you order a Smart machine and want specific bonus settings or game parameters pre-configured, mention it in your order notes — we'll set it up before crating.

What about repairs and maintenance later?

We back every machine with our 7-day arrival warranty (free repair within 7 days of delivery) and offer lifetime English-language remote troubleshooting via email and Facebook Messenger. Most issues are resolved remotely without needing to return the machine — we'll walk you through diagnostics and replacement part fitting.

For paid repair services after the 7-day window, contact us with the issue and we'll quote a fix.
