this converter switch was very useful for me since my machine did not have a volume control so it was very loud when opening the door and playing. you can plug any audio device like headphones or speakers if you have a stereo aux cord.

I liked these so much that I now have 4 of them. They are strong, light, and easy to put together. I was hesitant at first since they are made of cardboard but they have proven to be sturdy and show no signs of wear on the stand. My oldest one is from 2 years ago and still looks new

Besides the pachinko, my purchase also included a fixed stand/foot and a circulation ball lifter. I had a few questions regarding the ball lifter which were quickly answered in great detail by May. After the purchase was made, every step of the order processing was made known to me which I truly appreciated and I was very surprised by how quickly the pachinko was able to ship. It was expertly packaged and arrived in perfect condition, it was more beautiful in person than in photos or videos. I will also note that a video guide for some basic functions as well as a paper guide with more robust instructions was also included with a lot of extremely helpful information regarding use, care, and maintenance of the pachinko. Thank you so much for providing this. The experience thus far of using the machine has been perfect. It is fully functional and is an absolute joy to play. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble and the quality of material is good. Shipping was costly but I would still order this again.

I’m ordered two of these for a couple of my machines (along with some other items)

I’d asked a few questions before ordering and Mae was really helpful and answered everything.

The items arrived quickly and well packaged with good instructions. I was a bit worried about installing the modifications as I’d never done anything like this before, but Mae was on hand to help. I got sent videos and further instructions to make the install process very straightforward and easy!

Overall I couldn’t be happier with the product and the customer service has been incredible!

Great people to work with and fast delivery all the way across the world. Had the machine for about a day and played it quite a bit. It is an awesome machine. I had it upgraded to the platinum / remote package and it works great! Got a nice document with detailed instructions and video of the machine which answered all my questions and more.

One item I will note is that the change mode via the stop buttons needs a little bit of a press and hold type feature as if you go too fast when pressing the stop buttons you can accidentally switch modes (coin, coinless, semi auto, auto), which can cause some confusion.

Machine arrived in excellent condition with great packaging. Arrived very quickly via Fedex international economy shipping. Got the platinum version with remote control aswell which is a nice touch. It's not necessary and gold is good enough, but the platinum remote is a nice convenience. Will likely purchase more machines from a-pachinko.store
