At A-PACHINKO WORLD, we strive to make shipping as transparent and affordable as possible. However, large-built machines with protruding statues, panels, or irregular shapes often require special handling, packaging, and freight arrangements, which may incur additional fees. Here’s why:

Structural Stress: Protruding parts can snap or bend when subjected to vibration and handling pressures.

Improper Weight Distribution: Unevenly balanced packages are more likely to be mishandled or dropped.

Excessive Size Charges: Carriers often impose "dimensional weight" penalties for oversized packages.
For safety and practicality, machines with large top-mounted statues or panels are shipped in two separate boxes:

Main Machine Box: Standard packaging for the base unit. A flat-rate fee is applied because most base units share similar dimensions, simplifying cost calculations.

Protruding Parts Box: Custom packaging for statues/panels to prevent breakage or damage. Fees vary based on the size, weight, and fragility of these components.
Because we’re shipping two secure packages instead of one, additional fees apply to cover:

Extra packaging materials: Double the foam, padding, and sturdy boxes.

Carrier charges: Most couriers charge per package, not per order.

Handling labor: careful disassembly and custom packing.
Additional costs depend on:

Size/Weight: Extended dimensions may shift pricing from "parcel rate" to "freight rate."
