From delivery to your first game

Unpack your machine, follow the setup instructions for your model, connect it using the supplied power equipment, and start playing. Any assembly or reconnection needed after shipping is covered by our setup videos. Contact us if you need help.

Power for your country: A 120V-compatible transformer is included in the machine price. For 220–240V countries, an additional transformer is required: Up & Down Transformer Model 2023 100V/110V-220V/240V (500W) — $50.00 USD, sold separately. Purchase it together with your machine and use it in addition to the included 120V-compatible transformer. Follow the supplied connection instructions for both transformers. A plug adapter alone does not change voltage.

The preparation and standard accessories listed here are included in the machine price. Machine shipping, applicable taxes or import charges, destination-specific power equipment, and optional upgrades are separate.
