Unpack your machine, follow the setup instructions for your model, connect it using the supplied power equipment, and start playing. Any assembly or reconnection needed after shipping is covered by our setup videos. Contact us if you need help.
Power for your country: A 120V-compatible transformer is included in the machine price. For 220–240V countries, an additional transformer is required: Up & Down Transformer Model 2023 100V/110V-220V/240V (500W) — $50.00 USD, sold separately. Purchase it together with your machine and use it in addition to the included 120V-compatible transformer. Follow the supplied connection instructions for both transformers. A plug adapter alone does not change voltage.
The preparation and standard accessories listed here are included in the machine price. Machine shipping, applicable taxes or import charges, destination-specific power equipment, and optional upgrades are separate.

Ships in 2 boxes — extra shipping applies
To pack this machine safely, we remove its top decoration (yakumono) and ship it in a second box. Reattaching it is not difficult, and we provide instructions.
United States: the shipping at checkout already includes the second box ($1,000 per machine). There is no extra shipping charge after your order.
Other countries: shipping costs more than the rate shown at checkout. After your order, we get a quote for your address and email you the extra amount. We ship only after you agree and pay it. If you do not agree, we cancel your order with a full refund.
